Service
TenMinuteOps provides fixed-scope workflow setup services for local service businesses. Services may include lead intake setup, notification workflows, quote templates, booking links, follow-up templates, and walkthrough documentation.
Scope
Each project is limited to the written scope agreed before payment. The pilot package does not include historical CRM migration, full CRM rebuilds, custom software development, advertising management, or guaranteed revenue outcomes.
Payment
Payment terms are shown in the proposal or checkout page. For the pilot package, we may collect a deposit before work starts and the remaining balance after delivery approval.
Delivery
The pilot package is normally delivered within 3 business days after payment and after the customer provides the required intake information. Delivery is digital.
Refunds
Before work starts, deposits are refundable. After work starts, the deposit covers diagnosis, setup time, and workflow configuration. If TenMinuteOps cannot deliver the agreed fixed scope, the unused portion will be refunded or credited toward a replacement service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, access to required tools, service details, appointment rules, and an assigned responder for new leads.
No Guaranteed Results
TenMinuteOps improves workflow structure and response speed. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, search rankings, advertising performance, or customer behavior.
